San Laurent Policies Cell Phones: In an effort to make each experience at San Laurent relaxing and enjoyable for all we ask that all cell phones be set to silent during your visit. If you must use your phone, we kindly ask that you use proper cell phone etiquette, which includes silent phone activity.

Children: We love children. Please be mindful of children when in the salon for their safety and the comfort of our other guests. Remember, this is your time. For long appointments, may we suggest making other arrangements for the little ones.

Pricing: Our prices at San Laurent vary by stylist, length and texture of hair. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Debit, Cash and Check ($30 returned check fee). As of September 2014, we are no longer able to add gratuities to a credit or debit card. Gratuities can be accepted as cash or check only.

Gift Cards: All gift card sales are final. Gift cards must be present to redeem. (we are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards)

Returns: We only guarantee our chemical services with use of professional products at home. If you are not 100% satisfied you may return lightly used products (1-2 uses or 30 days after purchase) for exchange only. We do not offer cash refunds for products.

First time clients: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to fill out our new client forms and to go over our salon policies.

Cancellations: We understand that certain occurrences may effect your ability to keep your scheduled appointment. Our staff works on a commission basis and their scheduled appointments are their way of generating income. We hope you understand we need to ensure our staffs income by implementing and establishing the following cancellation / no show policy. To avoid being responsible for the cost of your session, please read the following carefully… If you are unable to keep your appointment we ask that you notify us within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. We will do our best to accommodate your needs to reschedule if necessary. Due to an increase in last minute cancellations and no shows, we will require a valid credit card to schedule for anyone who has violated our 24 hour policy more than two times. If failure to comply to our 24 hour cancellation policy, the full cost of the scheduled service will be charged to the credit card on file. On the 3rd offense, such clients will be restricted to day-of bookings only or walk-in services. For appointments lasting longer than 2 hours, a 48 hour notice would be appreciated. If you are running late, please call to notify us that you still intend on attending your scheduled service. We will do our best to accommodate you. If time does not permit or interferes with other guests, rescheduling may be necessary.

Promotions / Discounts: Students – 20% off with valid student ID (must be presented before sale is completed) Referral – 25% off coupon for each new client you send to us Thank you – 20% off coupon after first visit. **Coupons must be present and turned in prior to cash out. Coupons are valid for use on one service or one product. Coupons cannot be combined. Locks of Love – Complimentary wash and cut. Blow dry not included. Monday – Wednesday only Thank You!
